H.H Sheikh Mohammed Makes It to Time’s ‘100 Most Influential People’
His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al-Nahyan, the Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, has been selected for this year’s edition of Time’s 100, the magazine’s annual list of the most influential people in the world.
It’s worth mentioning that he is the only political leader from the Middle East on the list.
Ryan Bohl, Time’s magazine’s Geopolitical Analyst, wrote in his piece on Sheikh Mohamed, “H.H Mohamed attended the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst, he’s a long-term thinker; the firm belief that the benefits outweigh the costs compels him onward.”
The leader’s category of the list also includes prominent personalities like Pope Francis, Pakistan’s Prime Minister Imran Khan, US President Donald Trump, China’s Xi Jinping, and finally, New Zealand’s PM Jacinda Ardern.
