Gouna Film Festival Red Carpet Trends You Can’t Miss

The 3rd edition of the Gouna film festival just kicked off its opening ceremony on Thursday, which means endless Red Carpet glitz and glam. It’s that time again to judge the trend patterns and most importantly who wore it better.

Many of this year’s trends from neons, feathers, and sequins were played out in this year’s gowns. Celebs were spotted repeating these trends and it’s time to act as fashion police.

Feathers

Feathers was a big hit this year, from Nour, Mona Zaki, and Amina Khalil. Mona Zaki wore a Maison Yeya couture dress and Dima jewellery. On ther other hand, Amina rocked this Hamda Al Fahim gown topped with Michael Oro diamonds.

Neons

Dorra hands down owned the red carpet with her multi-layered fuchsia pink Michael Cinco gown. The fun look was paired with a sleek pony tail  and a Jimmy Choo adding all the sophistication. In neon lime green, her opponent Bushra rocked a unique gown with different styled silhouettes.

Poof

Tara and Saba went for a princess approach on the Red Carpet. Tara Emad wore champaign Deana Shaaban and Azza Fahmy Jewellery. While Saba rocked her baby blue Jean-Louis Sabaji gown with a simple hair up-do.

Jumpsuits

Carmen Bsaibes wore an Ellie Saab jumpsuit and Azza Fahmy jewelry. Mona rocked a similarly styled jumpsuit by Chiara Boni and a clutch from Lebanese brand, Sarah’s Bag.

Ruffles

Miss Tunisia, Sarah wore the biggest navy blue ruffled dress with a corset on the Red Carpet. Mais Hamdan rocked her white Iman Saab gown with big gorgeous pastel layers.

Black Dresses

The battle of the little black gown is on between Lara’s Ellie Saab gown and Hana’s Kojak dress. Both sleeveless gowns had special accents and fitted the two of them beautifully.

WE SAID THIS: Who do you think wore it best?
