Sharjah Art Museum’s New Exhibition

Arab Artist, Baya Mahieddine is having her first solo exhibition showcased in the Sharjah Art Museum. Baya’s retrospective is the 11th edition of the “Lasting Impressions” exhibition series at Sharjah Art Museum, which aims to glam inspiration by introducing works of prominent artists from the Arab world and their contributions, to art in the region. The exhibition will take place starting March until July 31st, featuring more than 70 original works spanning Baya’s career over decades, including paintings that were displayed at her first exhibition in Paris in 1947.

Art Dubai

The 14th year Art Dubai event is actually the most important four days in the arts and cultural scene in the UAE, showcasing 85 galleries from 36 countries. Art Dubai will be taking place on March 29th. Shoutout to all art Dubai fans! This time you will be experiencing diverse interpretations of perspectives on a scope of geographies and narratives from outside the traditional Western-led scope. They will be displayed in the three main sections of the fair: Art Dubai Contemporary, Art Dubai Modern, and Bawwaba.

Yogafest

Yogafest is back with a special three-day event over the weekend. Much needed right? Yogafest will start from Thursday March 18th, to Saturday, March 21st. Go and join the largest and only eco-conscious wellness event in the Middle East. Be healthy and eat healthy!

Dubai Duty Free Tennis Championship

The wait is almost over! Sunday March 7th to March 20th! Make sure you stay up to date with the Dubai Duty-Free Tennis Championships, as the top tennis pros make their way to the city to play against each other. Let’s watch some tennis balls being smashed from one side to another! This event will be hosted in line with COVID-19 guidelines, and will be spectator-free.

Indian Street Food At Bab Al-Shams

Masala at Bab Al-Shams hotel will be hosting a limited time Street Food Festival from March 3rd to 20th, from 6pm to 12am daily. What are you waiting for?! Dinners will vary from your top street food favorites from all across India. It costs AED 195 per person but guess what, you can also take advantage of a special staycation package called “Tastes of India.” In this package, guests can enjoy complimentary passes to the festival inclusive with a one-night stay and breakfast the next day. The staycation is priced at AED 1,599 and is valid for two adults and one child. Isn’t this what we all need? Great food and a great place to stay in!

Abu Dhabi Chef’s Table

The wait is finally over and Abu Dhabi has surprised us with the announcement of the Chef’s table series to return from March 14th to April 3rd. The Abu Dhabi culinary season will feature a hand-picked selection of the best-selling restaurants from previous Chef’s Table editions. The Chef’s Table All-Star edition will promote the emirate’s eclectic fine dining scene via a showcase of curated menus, and signature dishes at a number of the city’s award-winning hotspots. Chef’s Table set five-course menus are priced from AED 295 to AED 398.

Heinz Beck

The renowned Three Michelin German Star chef Heinz Beck is in town to helm the kitchen of his Dubai restaurant. Chef Heinz Beck comes back to Dubai for the first time ever since the global pandemic, with new dishes and meals on the menu. Already hungry? He is here for a few days only until March 4th, so make sure you head down to the Waldorf Astoria Palm Jumeirah and experience a unique tasty dinner, and meet this amazing chef.

International Women’s Day

Mark your calendars to celebrate women on March 8th. This day is a global event that celebrates all kinds of different themes women have ever excelled and achieved in. Moreover, it is also an opportunity for fun venues in the UAE to celebrate the occasion by offering women freebies, and special perks that will add spark to their day. St. Patrick’s Day

Saint Patrick’s Day, also known as the ‘Feast of Saint Patrick,’ is an Irish cultural and religious celebration held on March 17th. We know it’s St. Patrick’s Day when people start wearing green, or maybe find some green lights while walking on the streets. Plenty of Dubai venues will be celebrating this special day by hosting events with proper Irish snacks and beverages.
