Dubai’s Burj Khalifa to Go All Out for Kuwait National Day This Weekend

Is it just us or is Dubai basically Cady Heron on prom night where she wanted to share a piece of her tiara with everyone. Not only does Dubai love to be on top of their game (in every field imaginable), but it also likes to be involved. Last year, Burj Khalifa lit up with the colors of India’s flag to celebrate the 68th India Republic Day.

This year, it’s Kuwait’s turn where people will be able to see the tower lighting up in red, green and white in recognition of Kuwait National Day that is about to arrive on February 25th.

The display will take place on Friday and Saturday, every 30 minutes between 7:45 pm and 11:45 pm at the building which is home to At the Top and Burj Khalifa SKY. At 555 meters, it holds the Guinness World Record for the Highest Observation Deck an includes a stop-over at Level 125 that serves as a tribute to Arab arts and culture.

WE SAID THIS: Happy National Day, Kuwait!
