Dolce and Gabbana’s newest collection is catering to Muslim women everywhere and we couldn’t be happier. Their newest entry into the fashion world combines the international brand’s signature style and elegance with the modesty that Muslims women call for. This is part of an ongoing trend in the past year where we are seeing the fashion world evolve and be more accepting of Muslim women everywhere, and why wouldn’t they? Muslims are not only 1/6 of the world’s population but some of its bigger consumers.

Nowadays, where Muslims are always asked to explain and defend themselves, for things they have no hand in, it’s nice to see how the world is growing to be more tolerant and adapting. For a brand as big as Dolce and Gabbana to take this step, and create a collection specifically for Muslims is no small thing, and could be just the beginning to a more Muslim friendly fashion world, one we are very excited to see.
