CIFF Gets the E-News Treatment With These Ultra-Cool Glambot Videos

By all measures, the 41st edition of the Cairo International Film Festival lived up to the already high expectations, possibly even surpassing them; Festival President Mohamed Hefzy, along with his hardworking team, made sure that the festival maintained its leading position in the region. One of the unique features of this edition of the CIFF is that the opening ceremony featured renowned director, Cole Walliser.

Cole Walliser is known for his signature “Glambot” style videoes that he shoots on the red carpets of international festivals. For the CIFF, he introduced the new “Starbot” concept (which is basically the same as Glambot but with a different name). We loved the videoes that came out so far; here are some favorites.
