Careem Cruises to Alexandria

Careem, the disruptive mobile-app car service, has officially made its debut in Alexandria. After running a successful beta week in Alexandria, Careem has announced that they will be providing their services to folks in Egypt’s gorgeous city on the Mediterranean.

And to celebrate, they’re offering first-time users in Alexandria AND Cairo a 50% discount valid until the end of the month using the promo code: 1stinalex.

Launched in 2012, Careem aims to provide comfortable, luxurious and easily accessible rides to commuters in the Middle East. From the UAE, Careem has expanded to 21 cities across the region, including taking Cairo by storm at the end of last year and becoming the go-to chauffeured car service for students, housewives, professionals and everyone in between.

Unlike its predecessors, Careem provides its riders with added perks, including pre-scheduling rides, paying with card or cash and refilling ride credit with cash through their driver.
