We highly doubt this page has anything to do with the original Apple store in Egypt, but seriously, they just broke the Internet. When Egyptians talk about Monofeya, all that crosses their minds is financial manipulation. The wolves of Shebin ElKom have gained a stereotypical reputation as money savers who are smart enough to nail all high power positions in the country.

Along comes this Facebook page with its sassy status that many found hysterical. Apparently, Apple store Egypt has been the latest victim of Monofians’ hesitation when it comes to purchase. Either that or this is a major publicity stunt that has worked brilliantly.
