The Actual ‘Grand Hotel’ Is Booked for the Entire Summer Thanks to the Mosalsal

Everyone’s favorite Ramadan mosalsal, Grand Hotel, is being obsessed over by so many people to the extent that rumor has it that the 5-star luxury Old Cataract Hotel in beautiful Aswan (where all the magic of the series took place) is reserved for the three upcoming months. If this is true, then the mosalsal has reinvigorated internal tourism. Thanks to the whole crew; from actors and actresses to the amazing writer and talented director.

This also happened with Turkey as reports said that the internal tourism in Turkey has risen 200% after the first Turkish series was dubbed in Arabic.

This proves that the media does have a huge impact on people and affects internal and external tourism. That’s why it’s important for the media to represent the best in our country, not the opposite. Enough with the bullies, thugs and negativity found in nowadays Egyptian series that we actually don’t want to see or be reminded of every single day. Let’s keep our fingers crossed and hope for more of series like “Grand Hotel”. We have always known Egyptians have it in them.
