There are many pleasures in life that bring us delight and make us feel alive again. Traveling and watching movies are two of our favorite pastimes, but food is on another level! Food is one of those things that has the ability to radically alter our moods. Whether you’re the one preparing or enjoying that juicy burger, it’s a soul-satisfying experience!
Dubai is one of those cities that is embracing the pleasure that food offers to the spirit, with the return of the Dubai Food Festival 2022, which runs from May 2 to 15. The Dubai Festivals and Retail Establishment (DFRE), a division of Dubai’s Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), is hosting this event. This festival is an important aspect of the city’s year-round festival program, which aims to encourage tourism and development in Dubai’s retail sector.
As a result, the festival aims to attract both locals and visitors to Dubai to sample the best of what the city has to offer, including world-class dishes that will blow their minds! Those high-end delicacies will come from a variety of international cuisines, providing guests with a spectacular taste experience.
So, what can we anticipate?
Guests will be able to experience a selection of dishes from some of Dubai’s best restaurants at an affordable cost. However, because we don’t have enough information on this year’s version yet, we’ll take a look back at the many events that took place throughout the festival in previous years.
Dubai Restaurant Week
This is an important part of the Dubai Food Festival because it is comprised of three-course dinners served in fantastic restaurants that have a magnificent taste! Additionally, famous chefs from across the world will be featured, as well as masterclasses, workshops, and themed tours, to provide guests with an unforgettable experience.
Dine and Win
The Dubai Food Festival features a ‘Dine & Win’ section in which participating restaurants can win fantastic prizes and treats based on the quality of food they serve!
Cheese Festival
Are you a cheese lover? After your first slice of cheese, do you crave that salty taste? Thus, The Dubai Food Festival is an appealing haven for the cheesy. The Dubai Food Festival features a variety of cheese-filled dishes, making it even more delightful and tasty.
Taste of Dubai
This is an event where some of the world’s most well-known celebrity chefs do live cooking demos and promote their latest culinary inventions.
We are so excited for the commencement of this festival and for all foodies out there who are dying for different tastes from extraordinary restaurants in Dubai.
