I only scout for two things, good food, and good art. And today I bring you one of the latest artists I have come across while scouting for good talent in the capital of Om El Donia. Here’s what I think should be your daily dose of art; Chi’galerie D’art by the amazing artist, Shahira Morsi! She is an emerging artist and internationally established in the underground world of contemporary art and abstract paintings.
Shahira has had over 10 solo exhibitions in Cairo and participated in several group exhibitions locally and internationally including Cairo Opera House, Imago Mundi in Italy, and The Nile Exhibition at the Russian Culture Center. She also happens to be a member of the National Society of Fine Arts. She studied art at the Al Razaz Academy but also studied Economics at the Faculty of Economics and Political Science of Cairo University.
