El Villa Weekend Delight Part # 1
I don’t go out a lot, I used to, but not anymore! So when I do go out, I tend to be over critical about all the events and venues (hey we work in the same line of business so it’s only natural!)
On to my main point, last weekend El Villa opened it’s doors! Thursday being the opening night with Amr Hosny behind the decks, the man stayed true to his name!
Although i personally don’t have any negative comments, I do have to say that the typical disorganization did happen, but that is expected in situations like this! But i do have to say the food and mazzat were to die for!
The next day, Friday, was a full day of events, Heineken’s beach party, with Hisham Zahran and Tito, behind the decks, I personally had a blast! Crowded but not over crowded, great people, and all the Heineken you can ask for!
At night DJ Mayounah took over, all I have to say is perfection! Crowd did not stop dancing, from old school house, to hip hop, and back to house, no one wanted the night to end. I must mention that whenever she dropped some Arabic beats, everyone brought out their inner Fifi Abdou!
Over all, I would go again and again!
On that note, next Thursday the Awadi Bros are going to be rocking El Villa!
