We all go through different phases in life that shape and frame us. At some point, we all enter a depressing isolated bubble where we tend to destroy ourselves psychologically with our inner negativity. But you know what? This is life, sometimes you’ll be dragged down and sometimes you’ll level up. Embrace it, life is short so think positively.
Work out
Hit the floor and get your sweats out because believe me after this work out you’ll feel much better. Exercise will alleviate your mood, boost your endorphins and help your brain shift towards positive thoughts rather than negative. A healthy mind needs a healthy body!
Talk it out
Any negative thought likes to be in charge. Well, talking it out can help break this authority. We all reach a point where sometimes we feel that no one will understand how we feel or what we’re going through. Maybe talking it out will give you some perspective and help you realize some of the solutions.
Doodle your thoughts

Physically/metaphorically throw them away
Write your negative thoughts down, rip them up, and throw them away like yesterday’s trash. This might not work for the more skeptical ones out there, but it’s a fun activity nonetheless and will definitely boost your positivity, even if just for a moment.
Eat more chocolate!
Who says no to chocolate?. It is actually scientifically proven that chocolate boosts the mood and gives you a nice little spike in your brain’s happy chemicals. Quick note, if you’re a chocolate addict and are afraid to gain weight or don’t want to consume sugar then go and get yourself some dark chocolate.
