The Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity is one of the world’s biggest hubs for those working in advertising, creative communications and other related fields. The festival was launched in 1954 by a group of international film advertising coordinators who were inspired by the Cannes Film Festival to get recognition for the advertisers.
Throughout the history of the festival, it has continued to evolve to reflect the change in communications and advertising fields. It now has local representatives in more than 90 countries around the world.
