UAE’s The Mother of the Nation Festival is Coming Back for Its Third Year
One of the largest festivals in the UAE, The Mother of the Nation Festival, is returning back for its third year from March 22 to 31 at Abu Dhabi Corniche.

The Mother of the Nation Festival celebrates and honors Her Highness Sheikha Fatima bint Mubarak, wife of UAE Founding Father Sheikh Zayed, Chairwoman of the General Women’s Union, President of the Supreme Council for Motherhood and Childhood, and Supreme Chairwoman of the Family Development Foundation.
The festival creates a highly interactive atmosphere through six different zoned areas. The happiness zone, progress zone, beach dining zone, pavilion zone, and souq zone.
In addition to a number of performances by Emirati musical talents, including the fusion group Funk Radius, and the popular Singer Mohammed Al-Shehhi.
“The festival not only honors Her Highness’s vision, care, and values that she has instilled into our society, but will also celebrate all mothers in the UAE and their fortitude, resilience and aspiration in raising our future generations,” said Saif Ghobash, Director-General of the Department of Culture and Tourism.
As part of this year’s festival, the new beach development Al Bahr’ at Abu Dhabi Corniche will be unveiled. A’l Bahr is a 600- meter public family district built by Miral.
