UAE Announces A Corporate Tax Relief For Small Businesses Earning $816,880 Or Less

The UAE’s Ministry of Finance has recently announced that the minimum threshold for corporate tax will range anywhere from $100,000 to $816,000 equating to about Dh3 million.

This decision comes after the Ministry has looked at the Small Business Relief’s Article 21, suggesting “the corporate tax law, which treats the taxable person as not having derived any taxable income in a given tax period where the revenue did not exceed a certain threshold.”

The Small Business Relief aims to support start-ups and other small or micro businesses by reducing their corporate tax burden and compliance costs.
