Today is the 100th Anniversary of the End of WW1 and Here Are Some Images Taken in Egypt Back Then

Today marks the 100th anniversary of the end of the first world war. If you haven’t picked up a book or accidentally watch a movie about it, WW1 started on the 28th July 1914 and lasted for 4 years till the 11th of November 1918. Yes, it’s considered to be a global war, but it really originated from Europe.

So for us Scoopies to take part in the celebration, we decided to compile for you some images that were taken from Egypt … Excuse us for the image’s bad quality, they didn’t have iPhones back then (#Sryntsry_Androiders)!

WE SAID THIS: Happy anniversary world!
