Egypt to Smash Guinness World Records With Largest Ever Residential Building
Egypt continues its efforts in placing itself on the global real estate market with no signs of giving up, continuing to build excellence, innovation, and astonishing developments.
Maamar Al-Morshedy never fails to impress. With its Guinness World Records Official Attempt to build the largest residential building in the world, SKYLINE, a 200,000 square meter complex. Strategically located in the heart of Kattameya, it’s sure to deliver its promise of luxury living.
“Our aim was not to achieve the Guinness World Records Title with this project, but instead, to bring to Egypt a unique living experience, one worthy of their investment,” says Engineer Mohamed Morshedy, founder and owner of Memaar Al Morshedy.
Also, SKYLINE actually sits at the heart of its own cityscape, featuring dining, entertainment, and multiple shopping outlets. All are part of this record-breaking project. The open spaces, beautiful landscapes, and inclusive environment were crucial in the planning stages of the SKYLINE project.
“Because this is to-date the world’s largest residential building, we wanted to ensure a quality of excellence and luxury that holds that title for decades to come. We partnered with VDP Design studios in Barcelona, Egyptian architect Engineer Raef Fahmy, as well as the renowned international architectural enigma Engineer Mohammed Hadid to add the final strokes, to blueprint SKYLINE”.
