While we’ve all been complaining about the prices and the insane dollar rate rise, it came as a very ugly surprise to find where we stand from a map that shows the cost of living in each country.  MoveHub has created a map to show the difference in living costs around the world in 2017 using figures from the Consumer Price Index (CPI) – the world’s largest database of user contributed data about cities and countries worldwide. The CPI in the info-graphic is a relative indicator of a country’s living costs compared to New York.

UAE and Qatar came as the 8th and 9th most expensive countries. Syria and Tunisia came at 5th and 6th cheapest countries to live in. While surprisingly Egypt  moved up six places in only two years and came as the cheapest country in the world. Imagine how we feel now that we can almost affording nothing!

WE SAID THIS: So does this mean there aren’t any cheaper countries to visit? Give us a break!
