Uruguayan striker Darwin Núñez has officially departed Liverpool, signing a three-year contract with Saudi Pro League powerhouse Al-Hilal, as both clubs confirmed on Saturday.
Reports indicate the transfer fetches about €53 million (~£46 million), with performance-based add-ons potentially pushing the total to £56.6 million.
Núñez ends a three-season chapter at Anfield, tallying 40 goals and 26 assists across 143 appearances, and lifting the Premier League title—though his on-field prominence waned in his final campaign, managing just five goals in eight league starts.
