Izakaya SHL Teams Up with Mastercard for a One-of-a-Kind Omakase Experience
Nothing beats getting surprised and having that moment where you say, “Wow.” Bringing that to life is a special collaboration between Nikkei restaurant Izakaya SHL and Mastercard, who are hosting an epic event in Sahel.
The Experience
Known as the “Omakase Experience: By The Marina,” this dining experience is all about the concept of ‘leaving it up to the chef,’ the Japanese meaning of the word Omakase.
This means that there is no menu. Instead, Sanctum Hospitality’s Group Executive Chef Martin Rodriguez will surprise diners by serving them specially curated dishes and off-menu items. He will control the full course menu and entire dining experience, leaving guests always in anticipation of what he will serve next.
Hosted at the sister restaurant of one of MENA’s 50 Best Restaurants, Izakaya SHL, the exclusive menu will also be paired with Jardin du Nil’s finest wine selection.
