Here’s How You Can Enjoy Spring in Dubai

Spring is a time for celebration; indeed, it’s when you can just get out of the house and enjoy the flowers, greenery, the breeze, and the sunshine. For me, this kind of weather is simply perfect; it’s not too cold, it’s not too hot, and I get to wear my favorite dress not worrying if I’m going to get cold later.

Spring is the getaway to summer and I’m so excited that it has finally arrived! The more I think about it, the more I realize that there are so many things to do. There are lots of ways to enjoy spring, especially if you’re in Dubai at this time of the year.

You can honestly enjoy most of Dubai during the time between March till May. It’s when the temperature starts its steady climb towards the summer peaks. So, whether you want to enjoy a family and friends day out by the beach or go for a walk or a picnic at the park, here are a few tips to enjoy your stay!

Dubai has a number of the best beaches and marinas around town. I advise you go and check out Dubai Marina by Emaar; it’s the first and the largest of its kind in the region. Also, Dubai International Marine Club; located in the heart of Dubai’s Mini Syahi District, the home to the first rate marina, offering high standard facilities that are always available for incoming vessels.

The Beach JBR is another fantastic area for everyone from residents or tourists in Dubai to enjoy. The place embodies the urban living at its best, with the sunny weather, the latest entertainment, and delicious food.

You can also check out the parks and resorts around Dubai; a good idea to enjoy the beautiful weather and it’s the perfect idea for a family day out. Al-Barsha Pond Park is this huge lawn overlooking a lake-sized pond; after you finish enjoying your lunch, you can hop on and enjoy the beautiful blue waters.

Al-Khazzan Park is actually the first park in the UAE that is entirely solar powered! This park is the ultimate hangout for families with kids thanks to its two playgrounds. And finally, Burj Park; can you think of another place that overlooks Burj Khalifa, the Dubai Fountain, and the Dubai Mall? This park has the most magnificent views around and I highly recommend you to go and check it out.

Outdoor restaurants are also a good idea to appreciate this weather. 101 Dining Lounge and Bar, located in Palm Jumeirah, is a lovely spot by the sea and has a great selection of Italian and Spanish dishes. Also, Asado is arguably one of the most sophisticated dining spots in Dubai, with a beautiful terrace looking upon Burj Khalifa that is to die for.

I also think you should take advantage of this time of the year and explore new areas such as The Pointe; located in Palm Jumeirah, across the bay from Atlantis The Palm. It’s this relaxing arena that has more than 80 restaurants, shops, and many attractions, including a fountain display.
