Last Monday, French duo Vince Reffet and Fred Fugen jumped off the Burj Khalifa in Dubai, breaking the Guinness World Record for skydiving with a 828 meter jump.

Burg Khalida is the tallest building in the world, earning Reffet and Fugen the Guinness title of “highest base jump from the tallest building in the world”.

The duo had received intensive training in Switzerland and practice jumps were completed from Mountain Lauterbeunnen, which is about the same height as Burj Khalifa. They both continued their training in Dubai by jumping off choppers at similar heights.
