Gigi Hadid Posts About her Trip to Bangladesh, Asking her 50 Million Followers for Support!

Via ET Canada

American supermodel Gigi Hadid is one of the most influential icons in the world right now. The supermodel also happens to be a role model, with everything she does behind the scenes to help others.

Last year, she traveled to Bangladesh, visiting Rohingya Muslim refugees as part of a United Nations Children’s Fund Initiative. Hadid visited Cox’s Bazar to see, first hand, the impact that UNICEF and supporting organizations have on the lives of the Rohingya refugees, the largest refugee camp in the world.

The refugee camp has more than a million refugees with more than half a million being children. Despite the help and support of UNICEF and other organizations, the refugees still need much more help.

Hadid reposted some pictures from her visit last year, asking her followers to donate, help, or even raise awareness on the matter. The album garnered over a million likes in less than 24 hours, and we hope it garners even more resources to help those refugees.
