Giancarlo Esposito is Gracing This Year’s Abu Dhabi’s Middle East Film and Comic-Con
It’s about time to book your place in the region’s largest pop culture festival! The Middle East Film & Comic Con (MEFCC) convention is happening in March. It’s bringing people together by a shared love for movies, TV shows, and comics. The convention unites international and local stars for the 10th year! Most especially, it was recently announced that Giancarlo Esposito, “Breaking Bad”‘s actor will be attending the festival.
The event is for friends and families. Attendees can indulge in many forms of entertainment; there’s an outdoor arena filled with food trucks and the main stage where there will be performances from alternative rock groups, Anime bands, and more. There’s also a gaming zone, workshops, the artist valley, cosplay parades, and competitions. It’s exactly where enthusiasts can geek over their favorite movies, TV shows, and characters!
For three days, from March 4 to March 6, 2022, the Middle East Film & Comic Con will be held. It will be hosted for the first time in the capital of the United Arab Emirates at Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Center. The fiction convention will include talks and panels with international films and television stars, as well as meet-and-greets. Moreover, the event can host up to 60,0000 comic and movie lovers.
Movie and TV fanatics can go ahead and buy their tickets online at a variety of prices. Prices start at 115 AED for a one-day pass and 280 AED for a three-day pass. Furthermore, fans can buy VIP tickets for quick entry and a chance to meet one celebrity and take a photograph as well with them. VIP tickets start at the price of 500 AED for a three-day VIP pass, and there’s also the 2,500 AED Super VIP limited three-day pass. Additionally, VIPs get the chance to have early access to the event before the doors are open on the first day.
Breaking Bad’s crime kingpin actor, Giancarlo Esposito is coming to MEFCC
Esposito will be attending the MEFCC convention this year and it’s a dream come true for all his fans. Right around the time of the Joker and before Thanos, we fell in love with Gustavo “Gus” Fring. The actor made the “Breaking Bad” character, Gus Fring so real and deep that fans couldn’t help but like him.
However, the Primetime Emmy Award nominee isn’t just known for the TV show, “Breaking Bad.” He’s also been in Breaking Bad’s spinoff series, “Better Call Saul”, and “The Boys.” Esposito has also been in blockbuster movies such as “Maze Runner: The Scorch Trials,” “Malcolm X,” “The Show,” and more. He’s even a voice actor in some major works such as “The Jungle Book,” and the video game “Far Cry 6.”
More stars have been announced to attend the convention; the Walking Dead’s stars Micael Rooker and Jon Bernthal, who’s also known for “The Punisher,” are making an appearance. Game of Thrones’ Nathalie Emmanuel is attending the MEFCC as well.
