What to Eat According to Your Blood Type

Knowing your blood type is really crucial in helping you understand what affects and benefits you. Maintaining a diet that supports your blood type was never an issue before, but with the life we live in now, being cautious of what you eat can add years to your life and help you avoid fatal diseases and unnecessary illness.

Each blood type has its pros and cons. Type O’s are the purest, especially O negatives, the universal donors. They have the purest blood, or what Europeans used to call “royal blood”. Because of their purity, they are the most environmentally intolerant and sensitive. Hence, what they eat makes them stronger and protects them from bacteria, arthritis and weakness. Usually, O negative blood type people are really fair, have light-colored eyes and fair hair.

Types A and B are known to be more susceptible to diabetes, have a higher chance for cancer and poorer survival odds.  The positive and negative signs in your blood type are also very crucial as they denote whether you have or lack the RhD Antigen (Rhesus) factor. If a positive sign follows your blood type, then you have the Rh factor and you are more tolerant, thicker and hairier.  You are also stronger, darker and well built and are probably of mixed races.

On a side historian note, Hitler was biased towards the Aryan race – he referred to them as the Master Race. Due to their high rate of pure blood, he believed those with royal blood should rule and reproduce, while getting rid of people who have the RhD Antigen factor in their blood. Only 16% of the world population is O negative. He was racist against all those who did not hold pure royal blood.

Anyway, I found a chart that will help each individual figure out the foods to eat and the foods they should avoid according to your blood type.
