A recent survey by Bloomberg compared the prices of the Billy bookcase in 48 countries and guess which one was the most expensive?

In Egypt, a white Billy bookcase costs $101.55, while in Slovakia — the cheapest country surveyed — it costs just $39.35. The average price for all 48 countries is $58.10.
Egypt is witnessing a rampant rise in prices, with urban inflation peaking at 13 percent this year. Meanwhile, prices are falling in European countries.
