Last February, Beyonce, Salma Hayek and Frida Giannani announced the launch of a new Gucci global campaign that aims at supporting women and girls empowerments through sharing inspiring women stories. Chime for Change raises funds for three main causes: Health, Justice and Education.

The campaign is all about women’s rights, every woman, every girl, everywhere. The campaign has assembled an advisory board of leading advocate and experts NGO and non-profit executives, and global leaders including Pat Mitchel president of TEDxWomen, Alicia Keys and John Legend.

Gucci is known for supporting Women empowerments over the years, including a seven-year partnership with UNICEF in support of girls’ education, founding two female film awards as well as supporting the Kering Corporate Foundation.

Also, it is worth to mention that a pre-recorded video from Prince Harry was played during the concert, and many artists announced their support for this campaign including Ryan Renolds, Blake Lively, Halle Berry, Katy Perry, Olivia Wilde, Zoe Saldana and others alongside with uploading videos of which causes they are chiming for.
