Nike Teams Up With Olympian Sarra Lajnef to Launch First-Ever Swim Clinic in Dubai
Adding to the sports activities happening in Dubai during the month of November, the famous Olympian swimmer, Triathlete, and Coach Sarra Lajnef announced her exciting partnership with Nike and Hamdan Sports Complex, the region’s largest indoor sports facility. The initiative includes the launch of the first-ever swim-clinic for women in Dubai, as part of the fourth annual Dubai Fitness Challenge, and Nike’s 30-day calendar of fitness and movement.
From a very young age, Lajnef realized that her true passion is water and swimming, and later decided that she wanted other women to experience and enjoy it too.
So ladies, if you’ve always wanted to learn how to swim but don’t know where to begin, here’s your chance. Hamdan Sports Complex will be offering free swimming lessons, daily. The classes, which will run until November 28, are for beginner and intermediate levels.
Lajnef thanked Nike and Hamdan Sports Complex for “supporting women and female athletes in the region and giving the opportunity to more women to be in sport and try new experiences”.
