Global Academic Foundation is one of the leading academic institutions located in Egypt operating under law 162/2018 and the Egyptian Ministry of Higher Education. It hosts one of the top 250 young universities in the world, The University of Hertfordshire, all the way from the UK to Egypt to offer students an exciting opportunity to receive their bachelor’s degree from the United Kingdom.
The University of Hertfordshire opened in Egypt last year, located in Cairo’s New Administrative Capital on 50 acres across three different phases, where phase one includes educational and administrative buildings as well as high-end sports facilities. The university already has approximately 150 students, providing them with innovative and exciting British degree programs that teach them new methods of utilizing their skills in the best way possible.
We are happy to announce that the University of Hertfordshire branch hosted by Global Academic Foundation in Egypt (UH-GAF) are ready to welcome the next class of students in September 2020, offering MPharm (Pharmacy), Pharmaceutical Science, Business, Mass Communications, Engineering, Computer Science, and Physiotherapy. Students can spend up to one academic year studying at the UH (UK) home campus for the same tuition fees as the Egyptian branch, offering them the full experience at an affordable cost.
Graduates are awarded by the University of Hertfordshire in the UK and are compliant with the law regulating the Establishment of Branches of Foreign Universities in Egypt 162/2018.
On the other hand, UH-GAF’s academic staff is composed of both Egyptian and international faculty with distinguished experience and qualifications. According to Times Higher Education (THE), the University of Hertfordshire is ranked among the top 250 young universities in the world and it also boasts a high graduate employment rate of 96.5% due to the fact that it offers work placement opportunities in multi-national companies.
According to THE, most of the university’s programs rank in the top 300-500 worldwide as UH-GAF has successfully managed the transition to online learning during the breakout of COVID-19, offering live online classes, online delivery of exams and other teaching materials, as well as the never-ending support to its students both inside and outside scheduled classes.
Finally, besides the teaching activities, a full array of student services that include admission, enrollment, and registration have continued throughout this challenging time to ensure current students as well as the incoming applicants to be provided with optimal service.
