7 Quick and Trippy Halloween Tutorials That are Guaranteed to Make You Look Terrifying

It’s Halloween! The decorations have gone up and the spirit’s in the air!

If you, like myself have no time to prepare a killer outfit and come up with game-changing ideas, here are some simple tutorials that can really take your attire to the next level!

1. Terminator SFX Makeup Tutorial

Three words I can use to describe this tutorial are bloody, gruesome and AWESOME.

All you need for this look is liquid latex/pva glue (both of which you can find at your local stationary stores) and if you can’t get a hold of silver metallic cream makeup and fake blood, you can easily replace those with ordinary silver and red paint. You get the same results, minus the effort of having to scan every place to buy specific things!

2. Trippy Double Vision Makeup Look

This look has taken the Internet by storm. If you haven’t seen it yet, then I’m sorry to inform you that you have been living under a rock. This look, while seemingly complicated, is actually pretty easy once you follow the steps in the video.

Bonus: You won’t need to go shopping for anything new as this look requires simple makeup that you are guaranteed to find in your house. Another bonus? It can be worn by guys and girls if you make a few adjustments! One more thing? You are guaranteed to steal the show in this effortless look.

3. Trippy “Face in a Face” Halloween Makeup

Another trippy idea. This look is slightly more complicated than the one above, so make sure to practice it briefly before opting to go with it for Halloween. We don’t all have the same face shape, so this may work for some and may not work for others. Either way, there’s no denying that this look is majestic.

4. Bloody Eye Makeup

I can assure you this look will take you from 0 to 100. Not only is it terrifying and eye-catching, but it’s unbelievably uncomplicated, affordable and straightforward (the tutorial is less than two and a half minutes long for God’s sake!).

All the things you’ll need you can almost be certain to find it in your own makeup bag or your mom’s or sister’s!

For extra gore and drama, pair this look with any old T-shirt that you can create rips and tears in, then simply repeat the steps of the tutorial onto other parts of your skin. Ta da!

5. The Third Eye — Freaky Lips Halloween Tutorial

Hello? Have you ever seen a tutorial this psychedelic? I am gawking at how easy this is!

If you don’t already own all the stuff you’ll need for this video, then no worries! You can be certain you’ll find them at any stationary shop around you.

6. Creepy Stretched Lips Makeup

This look is so “next-level” I’ve been waiting for Halloween just to try it! This look may be slightly more time consuming, but no worries, it’s still astonishingly easy and low-cost!

If you’re a guy and you’re interested in this look but aren’t into the pink lipstick part, then you have two options: Either suck it up and live a little (after all, it’s Halloween — anything and everything is acceptable if it looks cool) or you can replace the pink lipstick with nude-colored or natural red shades.

7. Old Overnight: Easy and Inexpensive Halloween Look

If you want to channel your inner grandma/grandpa, this look is the way to go!

Tip: The darker foundation used in the video could easily be replaced by brown/grey eyeshadow to give the same effect.
