The Soft Launch Of UAE’s First Alcohol Brewery Is Taking Place This Month In Al Maryah Island

The first brewery in the United Arab Emirates is scheduled to open soon. This is after the UAE changes laws allowing for alcohol sale. A UAE leading name “Side Hustle” that has established itself in the beverage scene with a number of breweries are now offering a new brewery called “Craft”

In the vibrant scene of the UAE, a dynamic culture of craft brewing is taking root, transforming the landscape into a hub for diverse and tourist attracting places, including creative breweries. This growing interest is reshaping the region’s beverage scene, with an increasing number of breweries offering unique and locally crafted drinks. Among these, a new gem, Craft by Side Hustle.

The brewery-that is seeing its soft launch this month-is within a restaurant and it will be located in The Galleria Al Maryah Island. However, the facility will not be able to package brews for distribution at other venues or retail outlets. The new law states that the allowance of alcohol was undertaken with the objective to develop and improve quality standards of the tourism industry in Abu Dhabi. The company will serve its own beers alongside Louisiana-style food and bayou dishes such as jambalaya.
