BACKPACK WOD 🔥 a very K.I.S workout that can be done absolutely anywhere. If you have a Weighted vest thats even better. Make sure that Bag is filled with as many heavy things as possible (tins of food, lots of full water bottles, books, heck even dumbbells) Its funny how simple workouts can be just as effective . .
