Last week we witnessed all of the looks from the Project Runway Middle East premiere, we watched as the judges praised some and tore some apart and that was it. We thought we’d never see those looks again…until now!

Egyptian designer and Project Runway ME contestant Amna ElShandaweely took her first look to the streets of Downtown, Cairo for a photoshoot which might seem like a normal thing to do. However, what’s impressive is that ElShandaweely will be doing that every single week with the Project Runway looks that she created to promote them, sell them then donate the proceeds to goodwill!

ElShandaweely gave Scoop Empire the exclusive shots from her first shoot that she still hasn’t released and when asked about what made her come up with the initiative she said, “you see a lot of people appear on TV in reality shows and such, they all have their 15 minutes of fame, they enjoy the spotlight for a bit and they all come and go! I don’t want to be one of those people, I know that all eyes are on us right now and that’s why I wanted to use this opportunity of exposure to actually make a difference and make a change. That’s why I’ve decided that each week I’ll be shooting my Project Runway looks that I’ve created each episode, then sell them and either donate the money to charity or use it to design and create bridal dresses for people in need to make their special day even more special!”

We had already talked about how much we’re in love with ElShandaweely and everything she says on the show, but this most definitely makes us fall in love with her even more. We absolutely can’t wait to see all of her future looks and what she’ll be up to next!

WE SAID THIS: Tune in tonight to catch Amna ElShandaweely on Project Runway: Middle East at 8:00 pm CLT on MBC4! Oh, and how pretty does Egyptian model Menna El-Touny look?
