Sheikh Mohammad Has Just Pardoned 1,014 Prisoners in Dubai Before Ramadan
The holy month of Ramadan is known for its forgiveness and good deeds. Dubai being itself — AKA role model — is once again teaching everyone a lesson about mercy and tolerance.

His Highness Sheikh Mohammad bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, just pardoned 1,014 prisoners of different nationalities from Dubai’s correctional and punitive establishments.

Dubai’s Attorney-General Essam Eisa Al Humaidan, said that the public prosecution has commenced the legal procedures to implement Sheikh Mohammed’s order. He added, “the order will have a positive impact on the community, as it will give the pardoned prisoners a chance to re-join their families and friends and begin a new chapter in their lives.”
