Get off the Couch

When people talk about going to the gym the first thing that pops into people’s minds is getting all fit and looking good, but the thing is getting active is not only for people who want to look good. It has a greater impact on our daily life.

Maybe it’s because we are always busy, maybe because we would rather just stay lazy than get active, whatever our excuses are; it doesn’t matter you need to start a healthier lifestyle.

Did you know that we actually need 60 minutes of physical activity daily to maintain a healthy lifestyle?

Well now that you know here is the plan!

No matter how busy you are, there are those 30 minutes in your day that you can spare. Even if you don’t have them, INCLUDE them in your daily schedule.

1) Plan: 30 minutes of cardio every morning!

Okay, if you are that kind of person who wakes up early to enjoy the dawn, then right after that get 30 minutes of mixed cardio, the simplest way is 30 minutes on an orbit track or treadmill. You have no idea how you will start your day all fresh and active

2) Plan: Shaun T hip-hop abs plan

A fun cute way to get active, this plan, which you can find online ,offers 30 minute,5 times a week plan which will help you get fit. They call it the hip-hop abs; however, I can’t guarantee a perfect stomach just relying on this.

But, surely, you will notice how much more toned your stomach is, and most importantly you will learn some new dance moves which you can use later on!  It is fun!

3) Plan: Go to the gym!

Make it 3 times a week, no weight lifting in case you hate that, gather your friends and promise to always go to the gym together. Find some time in the middle of your schedule and a gym next door.

4) Plan: Take the stairs!

We tend to take the elevator instead of the stairs, take the bus instead of walking! But, even those simplest moves can help you get fit, active and healthy. Make the right choices throughout the day. Don’t underestimate those simple changes; trust me they are going to help you.

Although those are my favorite plans, there are many others out there.

My point is KEEP MOVING! And Stay active. Even by making the simplest choices, it can make a great difference on how you feel and look.
