Following Israel’s shutdown of the internet and communications, which cut off the people living in the enclave from contact with the outside world, Palestinians, humanitarian organizations, journalists, and civil society organizations have said they had lost contact with employees and families in Gaza.

“Our troops are operating inside Gaza as they did yesterday”, Israeli military spokesman, Major Nir Dinar said.

Along with a number of ground incursions on Wednesday and Thursday nights, Israeli forces also amassed tens of thousands of troops along the Gaza border in anticipation of an anticipated full-scale invasion.
