Experience High-End Living at Swiss-Belresidences Rivan in Egypt’s New Capital
From housing a record-breaking mosque known as Al-Fattah Al-Aleem to being home to some of the best universities in the country, Egypt’s New Administrative Capital is proving to be the ultimate modern hub for quality life. Joining this thriving community is a new residential project known as the “Swiss-Belresidences Rivan.”
A Partnership
Behind this new residence are two leaders in the world of real estate and hospitality. On one end is the globally leading ‘AL Tameer Arabian,’ a Saudi-Egyptian investment company with extensive experience in construction and real estate.
On the other end is Swiss-Belhotel International, known as the leading global brand in hotel management.
With two phases almost complete, the two partners came together during a special event and signed a contract to implement the third phase of construction at the Capital.
Eng. Marzouk Mansour, Chairman of the AL Tameer Arabian Board of Directors, Eng. Salem Al-Saudais, Vice Chairman and the company’s Saudi partner, and Mr. Laurent, Vice President of Swiss-Belhotel International, were all present for the signing.
Uncovering Swiss-Belresidences Rivan
The residence itself covers an area of 16 acres and is home to 15 residential buildings, each with its own “Clubhouse” with a swimming pool, gym, and jacuzzi. When examined closely, each of these residences houses hotel units ranging from studios to two-bedroom apartments.
The project isn’t merely a residential complex but will also include a commercial, medical, and administrative mall housing various commercial outlets, global brands, and medical clinics in all specialties.
The Chairman of the AL Tameer Arabian Board of Directors, Eng. Marzouk Mansour, spoke about how the company excels at construction quality and finishes, using the best materials and latest technologies.
What is also special about the company is that it contracts the services of leading companies in the hospitality sector to its clients.
This is yet another addition to the Capital’s thriving residential community, which seems to be expanding at an unprecedented rate.
