Egypt Just Tried Something New By Hosting Its First Air Sports Festival

Over the course of the last week, Egypt hosted its first air sports festival, drawing in skydivers and paramotor pilots from different Arab countries.
The festival started on the 25th of April and ended on the 29th, taking place at the Giza pyramid complex, adding a stunning view for the athletes and audience to enjoy.
Approximately 65 athletes from countries like Brazil, Canada, and France, among others, participated in the festival.
The event was organized by Sky Sports EG Company in cooperation with the Egyptian Air Sports Federation, who have the same goal of promoting air sports among Egyptians since these sports aren’t commonly known in the Arab world.
Another goal was promoting Egypt’s suffering tourism industry, which suffered because of the country’s instability.
