Confession: I’ve failed my summer goal to lose weight! Not a shocker. But if there’s anything that can satisfy me other than good food, it’s good food that’s guilt free. The other day, I must have been doing some of my usual healthy food research when I came across an eatery in Ashrafieh, Lebanon called Eat Sunshine. Apparently, Eat Sunshine is the brain child of a passionate Lebanese health-nut named Dalia Taher. Not only does her project come from the heart, it also looks professional AF.
You could follow her blog by clicking here or follow the eatery on social media. I’m currently gawking at Eat Sunshine’s Instagram photos. Items on the menu seem so nice and refreshing; I would so not mind having some right now. You are what you eat, so I’ll eat sunshine and feel just as weightless as a ray of sun. Plus, they said it themselves, “Eat Sunshine is the first wholesome clean eatery in Lebanon.”
WE SAID THIS: I think there’s a healthy future for me…
