When the summer heat hits Dubai, the game moves indoors — and Dubai Sports World (DSW) is where it’s at. From August 3 to September 2, the Dubai World Trade Centre transforms into the region’s biggest indoor sports and fitness destination, offering athletes, fitness junkies, and casual players over 300,000 sq ft of air-conditioned action. From football matches to yoga flows, it’s the perfect way to stay active without melting in the sun.
All the Sports, All in One Place
Whether you’re into football, volleyball, tennis, basketball, badminton, cricket, padel, pickleball, or table tennis — DSW has a dedicated court for it. Want more? There’s a full gym, foosball tables, and retro video games for when you’re catching your breath.

Tournaments, Leagues & Special Workouts with Manal Rostom
Think you’ve got what it takes? DSW hosts tournaments and leagues throughout the summer, featuring high-energy football matches and intense basketball showdowns. And don’t miss the Indoor Run and HIIT workout with Manal Rostom — the first Egyptian woman to climb Mount Everest and run the 6 world Marathon Majors — on August 24 and 31, respectively.

A Whole World for Kids
Families, this one’s for you. The Dubai Kids World zone is packed with trampolines, inflatable slides, a soft play park, an adventure zone, and even an arts & crafts corner. There’s also a summer camp running until August 22 — perfect to keep kids active while school’s out.

Keeping Everyone Moving
Organized by the Dubai World Trade Centre in collaboration with the Dubai Sports Council, the 2025 edition will bring together over 40 courts and pitches. Whether you’re competing, training, or just finding a new way to spend the morning, it’s a space built for movement in all its forms.
