The Dubai Free Zones Council (DFZC) has introduced the One Freezone Passport, a bold initiative that allows companies to operate across multiple free zones using a single license. In a major milestone, Louis Vuitton has become the first brand to leverage the new system.
One License, Multiple Free Zones
The initiative lets companies expand across Dubai’s free zones without applying for new licenses — cutting red tape and speeding up business setup.
Louis Vuitton Taps Into the New System
The luxury brand now operates in both JAFZA, where it runs its warehouse, and One Za’abeel, part of the DWTC Free Zone, where it has set up its regional office. Thanks to the One Freezone Passport, it can do so with just one license, eliminating the need for separate registrations across zones.
The license expansion took just five days, reflecting Dubai’s agility in business facilitation.

Investor Perks: Full Ownership and Tax Benefits
Dubai’s 40+ free zones offer 100% foreign ownership, tax exemptions, and streamlined services for local and international businesses.
Fast-Tracking Dubai’s Economic Vision
The initiative supports the Dubai Economic Agenda D33, aiming to position the city as a global leader in business and innovation.
With this move, Dubai continues to raise the bar for efficiency, flexibility, and investor confidence in today’s competitive market.
