Bored at Home? Khaled Mokhtar’s Comical Characters are all the Laughs You’ll Need
While we’re spending most of our time at home, probably on our phones, social media has become our best friend. And although there are many content creators in Egypt, it takes someone very talented to get everyone talking about them.
Khaled Mokhtar is an Egyptian content creator, who has become a social media sensation recently. He has been the admin of “Tamt AlTargama” for several years, a Facebook page that translates short scenes from English movies into funny Egyptian conversations. Even though the page has nearly 2.5 million followers, his name wasn’t known to people until he started using filters and creating different comical characters and scenarios on his account and sharing them with his followers.
Apart from the filters that he uses to create his hilarious videos, he created an entire family, including a father, ‘Abu Ahmed’, mother, ‘Samah’, a baby named ‘Ahmed’, and a cat that has a mustache just like Abu Ahmed.
