In world of smart phones, originality is everything. We’ve all seen the rise and fall of many smart phones for the past 6 years with definite  winners always racing to be number one. for the past couple month, there has been a war going on between 2 of the biggest vendors over patent s for different functions on their touch smart phones, Apple and Samsung.
