During summer, all of us literally suffer to keep our hair tamed in this weather. However, with the right combinations of natural remedies, hair maintenance will be taken to a new level. You have to try these easy, homemade recipes for your hair. And trust us, your hair will thank you.
Flax Seed Gel Mask
This mask is used to hydrate the hair by giving it all the moisture it needs and it’s done in a simple process. All you have to do is buy a bag of flax seeds from the nearest herbs shop and boil it for 30 minutes to extract the gel. Next, you filter what’s left in order to have pure seedless gel to put on your hair for one to two hours. Rinse it with water only or a bit of shampoo. Do this once a week and watch the magic happen.
Coconut and Castor Hot Oil Mask
If you want to grow your hair while giving it ultimate hydration here’s what you can do once a month for ultimate maintenance. All you have to do is heat up some castor oil and rub it on your scalp to increase blood circulation and hair growth. On top of that, you add a handful of coconut oil to cover your whole hair to add moisture. In this weather, there is no such thing as too much hydration.
Yogurt and Honey Mask
You can never go wrong with a mixture of one of the two most nutrient-rich foods, yogurt and honey. With the yogurt’s nourishing protein and the honey’s moisturizing quality, this mask will leave your hair healthy on the inside and on the outside with a shiny look. All you need to is mix one tablespoon of honey with one tablespoon of yogurt or more if you need. Apply this mixture and leave it on your hair once a month or once a week for even greater results.
Apple Cider Vinegar and Lemon Mask
If you want to not only tan your body but get that summer look by having naturally brighter hair then this is the perfect mask to make the best out of a day on the beach. Add one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar to two freshly squeezed lemons and a bit of water, apply this mixture to your hair and let it sit for about an hour in the sun. It also provides your scalp with all the Vitamin C it needs and fights dandruffs. Wash it out and you’ll see results in no time.
Banana and Olive Oil Mask

All you need to do is add one mashed banana to two to three tablespoons of olive oil and cover your hair with that mixture for two hours. Avocado and Egg Yolk Mask

Blend half a ripe avocado and one egg yolk until it’s a smooth consistency and leave it on your hair for one to two hours. Wash it out well with cold water and shampoo, do this once every week and watch your hair get one hundred times healthier.
Vitamin E and Green Tea Mask
Sometimes your hair needs more nourishment through directly applying vitamins and healing herbs to it. There’s no such thing as too much vitamins for your hair; so empty a three to five vitamin E capsules with two tablespoons of green tea and a bit of water.
