Laila Elwi just performed in an almost-musical for Universal’s Ramadan ad and she looked younger than Britney Spears, Yasmine Sabry and Jamila Awad combined. Honestly, she’s a natural beauty! We don’t care what anyone says, but that face looks like it never went under the knife. She is over 50 and is exquisitely stunning, but obvs, it was too much for the Internet.
