Facebook Eyeing WhatsApp

Greedy Greedy Facebook, not only do you own our lives online, you took Instagram and now Blackberry’s arch nemesis WhatsApp?

Rumors have been swirling online that Facebook is looking to buy WhatsApp and add it to their ever growing portfolio of start ups. The 1 billion a day messaging service (yes you read that right) has grown tremendously over the past couple years

WhatsApp currently has over 300 million users and sends/receives more than 11,000 messages every second! According to Zuckerberg the next “big thing is obviously going to be mobile, with 5 billion people in the world who have phones!”

Ummm Zuckerberg its not the next big thing, it IS THE BIG THING! It’s unsure whether or not Facebook is planning on integrating their chat service with WhatsApp or will continue letting it work as is.

We Said This: Please don’t ruin something that is perfectly fine Facebook
