Your Guide to All the Breast Cancer Events in the UAE This October
October is finally here, kicking off breast cancer month in one of the most active cities in the world. Dubai will be hosting activities and events to empower women who have been touched by cancer along with supporters. People and women of all ages, backgrounds and abilities are welcome to join the fun with all proceeds going to charities working towards breast cancer research.
Ignite Pink is Punk 2019
Welcoming all ages, fitness levels and abilities, Ignite is starting a wellness series to raise money for cancer awareness and research. Including a run, swim, paddle and sunset yoga. Held on the 4th, the run and swim event will be held at Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort, perfect for a Friday fun day with family and friends.
Pink is Punk sunset yoga
Join this relaxing yoga sunset session to meditate and feel extra zen knowing you are supporting cancer patients. Dubai yogis can join the event on the 8th of October, tickets start at 100 AED.
Pink is Punk paddle
Hosted by Ignite, promoting breast cancer awareness and research by a paddle session as part of the fitness organization’s breast cancer series. On the 11th of October, join the activities on the RIVA Beach shoreline for the 1.5 km paddle. All proceeds will be donated to Breast Friends, in association with Al Jalila Foundation.
Pink ladies challenge 2019
Last but not least, 25th of October unties all women for an exclusive game day and physical challenges to support and promote health. The event brings like-minded women who have been influenced by breast cancer to raise funds and awareness through sports.
