The United Arab Emirates has dispatched its 328th humanitarian aid convoy to the Gaza Strip as part of Operation “Chivalrous Knight 3”, delivering a new shipment dedicated to children in need. Under the initiative “Clothing of Hope for Our Children in Gaza,” the convoy focuses on providing essential garments to help families facing harsh humanitarian conditions.
Now arrived in Gaza, the convoy includes 15 trucks carrying approximately 270 tonnes of children’s clothing. The shipment aims to ease the daily struggles of Palestinian families, ensuring that children, among the most vulnerable in times of crisis, have access to basic necessities.
This effort forms part of the UAE’s ongoing commitment to supporting Palestinians and alleviating the impact of the crisis, particularly on younger generations.
The shipment was made possible through the collaboration of several UAE humanitarian and charitable organisations, including the Emirates Red Crescent, the Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan Foundation, Sharjah Charity International, the Zayed for Good Foundation, the International Charity Organisation, the Easa Saleh Al Gurg Charity Foundation, and the Saqr Bin Mohammed Al Qasimi Charity and Humanitarian Foundation.
Since its launch in November 2023, Operation “Chivalrous Knight 3” has reflected the UAE’s deeply rooted humanitarian values and steadfast dedication to relief efforts in Gaza. Through a continuous flow of aid convoys carrying food, medicine, and clothing, the initiative underscores a clear mission: to reach those most in need and provide consistent, life-supporting assistance during an ongoing crisis.
