Twitter Slaps Instagram In The Face

Seems like everyone and their mother now a days has discovered Instagram, literally! The picture sharing app has become in essence as important as Facebook and Twitter when it comes to sharing with strangers what it is your up to exactly.

Well it looks like one social network is just not embracing the other! Twitter has blocked Instagram from using its API to find new friends to follow. Twitter took the decision to block the app, after Instagram announced that they have over 80 million users now using the app.

Supposedly Twitter’s CEO took the stance against the app, after Facebook had gone in and bought it for 1 Billion dollars, remember that news? Well Jack Dorsey the head of Twitter even had shares in Instagram, but decided to relinquish all, when the Giant we all know as Facebook came in and gobbled it up.

We Said This: Looks like the tech giants will start battling it out publicly, now boys no need to be jealous of one another!
